Business Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Transaction Manager at their franchise-approved car dealership in North Bristol. The Transaction Manager role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals looking to advance their career within a reputable and award-winning business.

This Transaction Manager position involves building strong customer relationships, presenting finance and insurance products, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. The role of the Transaction Manager is critical in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Build and present car sales deals to customers following qualification by the sales team.
Provide accurate financial and insurance product advice, ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations.
Develop rapport quickly and effectively with customers, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
Monitor financial performance against set budgets; identify and address shortfalls.
Work closely with management to coach and develop the sales team.
Log all activity comprehensively to track performance and measure outcomes.
Maintain a focus on achieving sales targets by proactively seeking every sales opportunity.
Uphold the company’s standards of customer service and brand focus.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Manager, Sales Controller, or similar within a franchise-approved car dealership.
FCA accreditation and thorough understanding of financial legislation.
Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and communicate effectively.
Strong leadership skills to coach and develop team members.
Organised with the ability to monitor and analyse financial data.
A UK driving licence with minimal points.
A results-driven attitude with a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
