Salary: 31,750 Basic + OTE 58,000

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Used Car Business Manager to join a successful and fast-paced dealership in Stockport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who excels at maximising finance, insurance, and add-on product performance whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with the General Sales Manager and Used Car Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in driving profitability and ensuring every customer journey is handled professionally and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the finance and insurance process from enquiry through to vehicle handover
Maximising finance penetration and ancillary product sales
Ensuring all deals are structured effectively to achieve dealership profitability targets
Supporting, coaching and developing the sales team
Maintaining full FCA compliance throughout the sales process
Working with lenders and finance partners to achieve the best outcomes for customers
Monitoring daily and monthly performance against key KPIs
Assisting with stock, pricing and vehicle merchandising strategies
Delivering a first-class customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or high-performing Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade
Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding F&I targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional, customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licence
