What You'll Be Doing

Supporting students in lessons as a Learning Support Assistant

Delivering pre-prepared lessons as a Cover Supervisor when you're ready

Learning classroom management and behaviour strategies

Building confidence working with different age groups

Gaining valuable experience before applying for teacher training

We Won't Throw You in at the Deep End!

We believe proper preparation makes all the difference.

Wherever possible, we'll arrange induction and taster days so you can observe experienced teachers, understand how classrooms work and get familiar with the school's routines and expectations.

You'll have the chance to build your confidence before taking on more responsibility.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable graduates who enjoy working with young people and are curious about a career in teaching.

No previous school experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to build positive relationships with students.
