Sales Manager

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an established and expanding organisation based in Coleshill. This is a great opportunity to join the business as a Sales Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Role

• Leading, coaching and energising a team of Technical Account Managers
• Driving new business growth and hunting activity
• Working closely with existing sales leadership and spending time in the field with customers and the sales team
• Balancing strategic, long-term thinking with day-to-day sales execution
• Helping to shape commercial initiatives, product focus and future team development
• Taking ownership of team performance while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience within Sales and Business Development Management
• Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience within technical sales, ideally aerospace, electronics or chemicals
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
