Internal Account Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as an Internal Account Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working.

Reward

• £27,000 - OTE up to £40k
• Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week, 8.45-5pm with an early finish 4pm Friday
• Hybrid working 3 days working in the office 2 days WFH (4 days in office while training)

Job Description

• Proactively contacting business to business clients over the phone and email to generate sales and develop new opportunities
• Selling a portfolio products, promotions and stock opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships to encourage repeat business
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximise account value
• Handling customer objections confidently and using persuasive selling and negotiation techniques to secure sales
• Working towards agreed sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth
• Tailoring sales approaches and offers based on individual customer needs
• Developing product knowledge and align activity with commercial priorities
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions and account information

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Confident and persuasive communicator
• Proven ability to handle objections
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a commercial mindset
• Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
