Senior Service Advisor

We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Service Advisor to join their well-established dealership in Blackpool. This Senior Service Advisor role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to enhance their career within a reputable organisation. The Senior Service Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the operational efficiency of the service department.

Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum, with an uncapped OTE of up to £38,000
Permanent, full-time employment with 42 hours per week

Working primarily Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis
A dynamic, customer-focused workplace with a well-known automotive brandDuties of a Senior Service Advisor:

Efficiently booking MOTs, services, and repairs in line with showroom capacity
Advising customers on warranty coverage and upselling parts and accessories
Coordinating with the Aftersales team to organise and schedule appointments based on workload demands
Handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Keeping customers informed about vehicle progress and turnaround times
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems with all bookings and interactions
Providing a high standard of customer care throughout the service processRequirements of a Senior Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
Excellent communication skills, particularly in building rapport and explaining technical information clearly
Familiarity with Kerridge, ADP, or other dealer management systems is advantageous
Strong organisational ability and capacity to work independently or within a team
