THE ROLE

As a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play an important role in delivering consistently high standards of food throughout service.

You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, developing your technical skills and gaining exposure to different sections and areas of the kitchen.

This is a hands-on role within a busy, fresh-food and quality-driven kitchen, where attention to detail, consistency and teamwork are key.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Take full responsibility for your own section

Work with high-quality, fresh and seasonal ingredients

Develop your technical and culinary skills

Work alongside experienced senior Chefs

Gain exposure across different kitchen sections

Learn and develop through structured training

Progress into more senior kitchen positions as you develop

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef who is ready for their next challenge.

Ideally, you'll have:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality restaurant, hotel, fine dining or premium hospitality environment

A genuine passion for fresh food and seasonal produce

Strong attention to detail and high standards of food presentation

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

The ability to work well as part of a professional kitchen brigade

A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress

Most importantly, we're looking for Chefs who are passionate about what they do and want to build a long-term career within a premium restaurant group.

£40,000 - £44,000 basic salary, depending on experience
