Coordinating with building management and contractors when required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, dependable and confident working independently. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day tasks, spotting what needs doing and getting on with it.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous reception, facilities or office support experience

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deal with people at all levels

A practical, can-do approach and the ability to use your own initiative

Discretion when dealing with confidential information

Event planning experience would be useful

A current First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work certificate would be desirable

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and professional working environment on an initial 12-week temporary assignment, with the potential for the role to be extended.

If you’re available for an immediate or short-notice temporary assignment and have the facilities or office support experience we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you
