We are looking for Customer Sales & Service Advisors to join our client’s team at their state-of-the-art office in Motherwell. No previous product knowledge is required we are just looking for people with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
The Role
Support customers across sales and customer service
Handle calls, live chat and emails
Help with quotes, purchases, renewals and policy queries
Identify opportunities to offer relevant products and services
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Work towards KPIs and service targets
About You
Confident and friendly communicator
Customer-focused and empathetic
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Comfortable with both sales and service conversations
Strong attention to detail
Able to work well as part of a team
Keen to learn and develop
Previous insurance experience is not essential
