Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology Belfast | Permanent | Hybrid MCS are be partnering with a global talent and organisational consultancy to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist, offering the opportunity to join an internationally recognised business as it grows its Northern Ireland team. The opportunity You will focus on sourcing interim digital and technology professionals, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver against live requirements. The role Source and screen candidates for interim and contract IT and technology roles across public sector accounts. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Manage stakeholder relationships, providing updates and setting expectations. Support candidates throughout the interview and offer process. Manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. About you 2 years of experience recruiting within the IT or technology market. Recruitment experience gained within an in-house or RPO environment. Proven experience sourcing candidates and delivering against recruitment requirements. Experience working closely with hiring managers and managing competing priorities. Public sector recruitment experience would be advantageous. What's on offer Competitive salary Bonus scheme.
