General Manager - Belfast - Exclusive opportunity MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, growing organisation operating across the UK and Europe as they look to add a General Manager to their team, in this full-time permanent opportunity. The role: You will shape business growth, strengthen client relationships and lead a multi-disciplinary operation. You'll develop new opportunities, grow key accounts and drive performance across sales, service delivery and compliance. The main responsibilities: Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships. Driving revenue, profitability and margin across temporary, contract and permanent recruitment. Leading and developing teams across the recruitment business. Improving operational delivery, workforce mobilisation and client service. Setting clear targets and reporting on performance, pipeline and forecasts. The successful candidate: Senior leadership experience in recruitment, labour supply, workforce solutions or technical staffing. A strong track record in business development and growing profitable accounts. Experience managing commercial performance, including revenue and margins. A background in project-led sectors such as engineering, construction, energy, utilities, data centres or infrastructure (desirable).
