You will solve complex problems that blend technical challenges with real-world social impact.

The work

• Help shape the future of the technology stack, contributing across infrastructure and front-end systems.

• Develop internal tools that enhance team efficiency and expand reach to more users.
• Integrate and optimize the latest generative AI tooling and LLMs to empower frontline workers and improve system performance.
• Drive the evolution of a core product used by thousands daily, or define the roadmap for new offerings.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable breadth of experience across infrastructure, backend, and frontend technologies, ideally with modern web frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to work in complex software systems, understanding scalable architecture, data structures, and evolving tech stacks.
• A strong product mindset: you prioritize customer outcomes and make data-informed decisions.
• Experience collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams (PMs, UX, Designers, Data).
• Based in London and able to regularly meet the team in person for collaborative problem-solving.
