When you hand off, your files make sense to the person building from them, because you've thought about how it gets built, not just how it looks.Product is one of our four core disciplines and it's where design meets reality. A brand can be beautiful in a deck and fall apart the moment someone has to use it. We're a studio obsessed with product as much as design, which means we care about the empty states, the error messages, and the loading spinner as much as the hero shot. The detail is the work.This is freelance, project by project. We work with founders and growth-stage teams across the UK, US, and MENA, mostly in SaaS, fintech, and e-commerce.### What you'll work on* UI and UX design for web and mobile products* Design systems, component libraries, and prototypes* User flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces* Close collaboration with the front-end engineers through to build### What we're looking for* A portfolio of shipped or conceptual product work* Expert Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, the works* A strong grasp of interaction and usability fundamentals (think Figma prototypes, a feel for motion)### RateCompetitive. Based on experience and project scope.
