Executive Assistant

Tay Associates is recruiting an experienced Assistant to support a small group of senior leaders within a leading international financial services business.

This is a busy, varied role for an accomplished PA who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple senior stakeholders and taking genuine ownership of their day-to-day support.

• Complex diary management across multiple time zones
• International travel and detailed itinerary planning
• Coordinating meetings, agendas and briefing materials
• Expenses, invoices and general financial administration
• Organising client meetings, conferences, off-sites and team events
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team administration
• Acting as a key contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing presentations, documents and meeting materials
• Providing wider operational and project support to the teams

You will have proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or senior Team Assistant, ideally gained within insurance, reinsurance, financial services or another fast-paced professional environment.

You will be highly organised, confident and proactive, with excellent diary and travel management skills and the ability to anticipate requirements rather than wait for instruction.

This is a highly collaborative environment, so you should enjoy building relationships, working as part of a wider support team and being visible within the office.
