Brand Graphic Designer

Our client is a leading retail service provider within Europe and a global player within their bespoke industry. Backed by private equity and headquartered in the United Kingdom, they operate out of 12 countries with a strong international footprint and deep local market expertise.

Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to hire a Graphic and Motion Designer to help build high-impact print, digital, and animated assets that drive retail engagement and sales.

It will be your job to create engaging static and motion-led creative assets that brings their brand to life across multiple EU countries and supports their marketing objectives. You will own the end-to-end creative process in-house, producing high-quality cut-through visual content and advertising using design, video, motion graphics and AI-powered creative tool, helping evolve and modernize their brand through innovative, commercially focused content that drives customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Campaigns

Design eye-catching on-site signage and displays, and promotional point-of-sale materials. Design offline & online menu boards that enable seamless customer choice while using smart design & psychology insights to nudge and or upsell. Ensure application of retail-design best practices for maximum performance/impact.

Digital commerce

Build high converting online ads (static, moving/carrousel, video) suited to the different paid online channels. Design web banners, web pages, email layouts, and product launch assets for use on owned media channels. Create and animate engaging organic social videos, paid video ads and dynamic store screens.

Content Creation/Creative Design

Creating engaging visual content to support marketing campaigns across multiple countries and regions, ensuring relevance while maintaining a consistent global brand. Designing high-quality digital marketing assets, including campaign graphics, presentations, web content, digital adverts and promotional materials. Producing motion-led content, including animations, short-form videos and motion graphics, for social media, websites, email marketing, digital advertising and events. Creating compelling content that showcases the brand across a variety of marketing channels. Work closely with the wider Marketing team to translate campaign objectives into creative content that engages audiences and supports business growth.

Brand Development

Be the brand guardian: ensuring all creative output is aligned with brand guidelines while continually finding fresh and engaging ways to communicate the brand. Help evolve and modernize the brand identity through innovative design and visual storytelling. Adapt static brand guidelines into fluid, moving assets across all channels and help design new brand assets strengthening the brand equity.

AI & Creative Technology

Using AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, content creation, design workflows and production efficiency. Stay up to date with emerging design trends, content formats and AI technologies, introducing new ideas and approaches where appropriate.

Project Management & Delivery

Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality content to agreed deadlines. Engage with external brand/creative agencies and freelancers where needed for overflow.

Skills and Experience

• 3 + years’ experience creating engaging static and video content within a professional environment essential.
• Retail Savvy: Experience tailoring designs for fast-paced retail or e-commerce environments.
• Portfolio Required: Showcase a mix of static layout design and dynamic motion graphics. Strong graphic design, motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Motion Expertise: Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and video formatting for social platforms.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools to support content creation and design.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing and content best practice.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

This is an immediate opening offering full-time employment, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
