We are currently recruiting for an exciting Graphic Designer opportunity with a fast-growing, founder-led beauty brand based in London. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative and commercially minded designer with a strong digital portfolio and a passion for creating engaging, social-first content across multiple channels.

As Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing creative concepts to life across a wide range of digital touchpoints. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional marketing and creative teams, you will develop engaging assets that support brand campaigns, customer acquisition and overall business growth. This is a predominantly digital position with exposure to packaging, print and out-of-home creative projects. You will report into the senior leadership team and work closely with the wider marketing and creative functions.

Responsibilities

-Design creative assets across paid media, website, app, email marketing and organic social channels.
-Deliver campaign and promotional creative rollouts across multiple customer touchpoints.
-Create engaging digital content that aligns with brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas to each brief.
-Support the development of packaging, print and out-of-home marketing materials where required.
-Edit video content and create basic motion graphics and animations.
-Retouch photography assets to ensure a high standard of visual presentation.
-Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to execute brand initiatives effectively.
-Contribute ideas that enhance the customer experience and strengthen brand engagement.

Requirements

-Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel digital design work.
-Experience creating high-quality digital assets across a variety of marketing channels.
-Advanced proficiency in Figma.
-Experience using motion design or video editing software such as After Effects.
-Background within beauty, lifestyle, consumer goods or e-commerce environments preferred.
-Understanding of current design, content and social media trends.
-Strong creative eye with an appreciation for brand storytelling and visual identity.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
-Confident communicator who asks insightful questions and works collaboratively.
-Passion for beauty, design and consumer brands.
-Experience with video editing, animation and photography retouching is advantageous.
