Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across the Reprotech portfolio, including Reprotech Cryostorage, Cryologix, Matcher and TMRW.

This is a broad, hands-on marketing leadership role combining strategic planning and execution across product marketing, demand generation, content and international events. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of Reprotech’s products, services, customers and the wider fertility market, working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Leadership teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, product adoption and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of major international industry events, exhibitions and smaller regional meetings.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, suppliers and logistics.
• Coordinate exhibition stands, branding, collateral and presentations.
• Support customer engagement, lead generation and product promotion activities at events.
• Manage pre-event, onsite and post-event communications and campaigns.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback from industry events.
• Measure and report on event performance and return on investment.

Product Marketing & Commercial Growth

• Assist development of product positioning, messaging and value propositions across the Reprotech portfolio.
• Support go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, feature enhancements and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to align marketing activities with customer needs and business objectives.
• Develop sales enablement materials and customer-facing resources that support commercial conversations and pipeline growth.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, competitor intelligence and market insights to strengthen positioning and identify growth opportunities.
• Support customer adoption, engagement and retention through targeted marketing initiatives.

Marketing Planning, Content & Execution

• Contribute to the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, webinars and events.
• Develop customer-focused content including case studies, thought leadership articles, product communications, presentations and sales support materials.
• Support lead generation, customer acquisition and retention objectives.
• Work closely with Sales teams to generate marketing-qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise activity based on results and insights.

Internal & External Communications

• Manage internal communications, company updates and leadership messaging.
• Draft press releases, blog pieces, newsletters and customer communications.
• Support thought leadership and industry engagement activities.
• Ensure a consistent voice and messaging across all communications.
• Manage and develop the Marketing Executive.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones and performance reviews.
• Prioritise workload and oversee delivery of marketing activities.

Marketing Operations & Reporting

• Manage marketing budgets and suppliers.
• Track and report on campaign, content and event performance.
• Analyse customer, market and campaign data to inform decision-making.
• Maintain marketing processes, plans and reporting systems.

Product Knowledge & Market Expertise

• Build and maintain deep knowledge of the Reprotech portfolio, including Reprotech Cryostorage, Matcher, and TMRW.
• Develop a strong understanding of product features, benefits, customer challenges, competitive positioning, and market trends.
• Stay informed of new product developments, enhancements, launches, and industry innovations.
• Confidently communicate product value propositions to customers, prospects, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Act as a product advocate within the organisation, helping to improve understanding and awareness of the portfolio across teams.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a Science related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience of product marketing within a B2B environment
• Proven experience managing major international events and exhibitions.
• Experience creating content and managing multi-channel communications.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working for a US-based organization or experience working closely with US-based customers, teams or stakeholders.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Experience within fertility, IVF, ART, healthcare, biotechnology or medical technology.
• Additional language skills.
