Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager

This is a chance to own the marketing strategy for a scaling SaaS business that’s serious about growth. You’ll have the autonomy to shape campaigns, optimise spend and deliver results that matter. No endless sign-offs, no layers of bureaucracy. Just the freedom to make an impact.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead multi‑channel activity across paid search, paid social, SEO and email, driving lead generation and brand visibility. You’ll also play a key role in hiring and mentoring a direct report, building capability and raising the bar for performance.

If you’re commercially sharp, hands‑on and confident operating as the marketing lead, this is the opportunity to step into a senior role where your work will be visible and valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and deliver the marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO and email.
• Drive lead generation and campaign performance using data and KPIs to maximise ROI.
• Manage budgets and optimise spend for measurable growth.
• Hire and develop a direct report to build a high‑performing marketing function.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Proven B2B SaaS or B2B technology marketing experience with strong digital acquisition skills.
• Hands‑on expertise in paid search and paid social, not just agency oversight.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
• A fast‑paced, strategic approach and excellent communication skills.

Who They Are

A rapidly scaling SaaS business at the forefront of marketing technology. They’re ambitious, commercially focused and committed to innovation. Marketing is central to their growth strategy, and they want someone who can make a measurable impact from day one.
