Integration Engineer

Location: Remote working (Occasional time on secure sites in: London, Manchester and Bristol)

Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP

The Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions to ensure seamless connectivity between various enterprise systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to integration processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolution.
• Ensure all integration activities adhere to company policies and standards.

Key Tasks

• Develop integration solutions to enhance system interoperability.
• Conduct tests to evaluate integration performance and stability.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in integration processes.

Key Results/Objectives

• Achieve seamless data flow between systems with minimal downtime.
• Enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction through reliable integration.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with integration platforms and tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and data exchange protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON).
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Prior experience in cloud services integration (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
