An excellent opportunity to join a brand-new practice, backed by the support and stability of a successful independent veterinary group. This independent group is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to help establish their brand-new surgery in East Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role from day one, enjoying the autonomy of a close-knit team while benefiting from the support of a wider network of experienced colleagues. The role offers a varied first-opinion medical and surgical caseload with no out-of-hours, flexible working and a genuine commitment to work-life balance. It is initially sole charge, but alongside the owner and a visiting team of peripatetic surgeons, with excellent support from experienced colleagues across the wider group.
The group has built a reputation for investing in its people, facilities and clinical standards. You'll be joining a purpose-built practice equipped with modern diagnostic equipment, while enjoying the support of an experienced network of over 30 veterinary surgeons and a collaborative team culture. Whether you're looking to develop your clinical interests or simply want to work somewhere that genuinely values its people, you'll be encouraged to shape your role and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
If you're looking for an opportunity to help shape a brand-new practice while enjoying the support and values of an established independent group, we'd love to hear from you.
