What You’ll Do

  • Platform Administration & Operations: Administer platform environments, capacity, licensing, role-based access controls (RBAC), connectors, and configurations for Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow/Blue Prism RPA, Alteryx, Copilot Studio, Logic Apps, and Foundry. Monitor platform health, connector reliability, bot controllers, workflow runs, and API integrations; troubleshoot and resolve incidents and performance bottlenecks; maintain operational runbooks, technical documentation, and performance reporting.
  • Security, Compliance & Governance: Implement and uphold data loss prevention (DLP) policies, identity and access controls, security standards, Microsoft Purview data classification and lineage, and Centre of Excellence (CoE) governance frameworks in regulated environments.
  • DevOps & Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines (leveraging Azure DevOps and GitHub); manage ALM practices including solution packaging, version control, deployment approvals, and multi-environment management.
  • Integration & Advanced AI: Champion integration patterns utilizing Logic Apps, APIs, webhooks, Databricks pipelines, and enterprise integration technologies. Support AI capabilities including Copilot agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)/graph-based retrieval, Azure OpenAI, model integration, and secure data connections.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Data Engineering, Data Science, Databricks, Integration, and Architecture teams on platform enhancements, continuous tooling improvements, and enterprise solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Platform Administration: Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Power Platform (environments, DLP, connectors, licensing, governance) and supporting cloud automation or digital enablement platforms.
  • RPA Operations: Practical experience in RPA platform operations (preferably Blue Prism or ServiceNow RPA), including controllers and bot scheduling.
  • Cloud & DevOps Architecture: Solid understanding of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, Application Insights, Managed Identities) and practical experience with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub), and ALM solution packaging.
  • Security & Governance: Expertise in identity management, RBAC, DLP, data governance (e.g., Microsoft Purview), and operating within regulated environments subject to GDPR and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Data, Integration & AI: Knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, data platforms (Databricks, Data Lakehouse), and AI/data integration concepts (RAG, embeddings, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Alteryx).
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with proven ability to collaborate across technical domains and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, AZ-104, AZ-204) or RPA accreditations (Blue Prism or ServiceNow).
  • Direct background in Azure DevOps, GitHub, AI/ML, or data engineering.
