Analytics Engineer: Build an In-House Data Platform (Hybrid)

Oscar is seeking an Analytics Engineer to build and shape its in-house analytics capability. You will report to the CIO and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing and IT to deliver robust data solutions and actionable insights.
In this role you will design data pipelines, develop dimensional models in Snowflake, and work with BI tools like Power BI and Metabase. The ideal candidate has strong SQL, Python, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
