Senior Legal Counsel at TR Plus

TR Plus is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to work directly with the Group General Counsel in a broad corporate and commercial role. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) based in Central London (Hybrid) with an immediate start. The role is designed for private practice trained lawyers seeking a varied in-house position with strong stakeholder exposure.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Demonstrated corporate and commercial experience.
• Private practice background.
• Experience advising on transactions, M&A, and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
