Full Stack Engineer (Onsite)

Stack: TypeScript, Python, Agentic AI, LLMs, AWS, Postgres

Mission: Real-time AI workforce coordination for critical infrastructure and logistics.

Tired of building generic CRUD apps that live behind screens and never touch the physical world?

A top-tier venture-backed London startup is replacing legacy spreadsheets, radios, and manual chaos with real-time algorithmic control and agentic AI. They need a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own the user-facing application and agentic tool layer from day one.

Zero red tape. Real-world physical impact. Meaningful early-stage upside.

Why Build Here:

• End-to-End Ownership: Take complete control of the web application and agentic tool layer with zero bureaucracy.
• Direct Operational Exposure: Work side-by-side with frontline coordinators on-site to see your code solve real-world problems.
• High-Caliber In-Person Team: Build alongside exceptional engineers in a tight-knit London environment.
• Founding-Tier Package: Generous equity and dedicated coding credits to build without constraints.

The Tech & Work:

• Own the product end-to-end, spanning the TypeScript interface and Python backend services
• Architect and scale the tool layer over core operational models
• Build seamless workflow creation and execution directly from chat interfaces
• Implement structured data access, frontline communication channels, and exception handling
• Develop evaluation harnesses to ensure agent accuracy and prevent regressions

Hard Filters:

• 3+ years of professional experience shipping production full-stack software
• Exceptional proficiency in TypeScript (frontend) and Python (backend)
• Proven track record of deploying LLM-powered products past the demo stage (tool use & structured outputs)
• Based in London (on-site model) with valid UK work authorization
