Referment, a UK-based FCA-regulated payments and FX platform builder in London, seeks an engineering manager to lead the Banking and FX team. You will own delivery, OKRs, and staffing for a group of six to eight engineers, collaborating with product, design and stakeholders to translate client problems into shipped software.
The role requires hands-off leadership with technical input for code reviews and decision making.
