£50,000–£200,000

Join a fast-growing AI software company developing products for professional advisory teams.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive you will own complex enterprise opportunities from initial engagement through to close. You will also help shape the company’s sales playbook and go-to-market processes as the commercial function continues to grow.

This is a hands-on sales position rather than a purely managerial role. You will be expected to build pipeline, deliver live demonstrations, manage proof-of-concept and security processes, and personally close significant enterprise contracts.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage enterprise sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain a personal pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Sell into major advisory, consulting, audit and professional-services organisations.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and commercial decision-makers.
  • Navigate complex procurement, security-review and proof-of-concept processes.
  • Win new enterprise customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Help develop the enterprise sales playbook and wider go-to-market strategy.
  • Improve qualification standards, CRM discipline and pipeline management.
  • Work closely with the founders and wider business to support continued growth.

Your profile:

  • Several years of successful B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • A proven record of personally closing Seven-figure enterprise contracts.
  • Strong experience managing complex sales cycles involving senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to generate your own opportunities and build pipeline independently.
  • Confidence leading discovery meetings, live demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience working within a start-up or scale-up environment would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable working with pace, ambiguity and direct accountability for revenue.
  • Experience leading a small team or developing a sales playbook would be beneficial.

What is offered

  • Commission between 5% to 10% of deal value equating to around $50,000-$200,000 per deal with an average 4-6 month sales cycle.
  • Equity.
  • Established customer traction and a strong enterprise pipeline currently sitting around $10,000,00 in pilots.
  • Support from an existing business-development function.
  • The opportunity to influence the development of the sales organisation.
  • Direct access to the founders and senior leadership team.
