We're partnering with a high-growth, VC-backed startup redefining how modern data teams interact with their BI stack.

Our client is led by a technically sharp founding team who've built a product with genuine traction ~£3M ARR, a path to £10M by year-end, and 6 years of runway. They're now looking for an ambitious, technically confident Senior Account Executive to join their lean commercial team in London .

What You\'ll Do

• Own full-cycle deals from prospecting through demo to close
• Deliver technically confident demos to data and analytics leaders, with limited SE support — you are the expert in the room
• Handle a mix of strong inbound and self-sourced outbound; build your own pipeline approach, experiment with tools and events
• Shape the sales motion for a product that has PMF but no fixed playbook — your instincts and results will define how the team scales
• Engage mid-market and enterprise accounts, competing and winning against legacy BI incumbents
• Fast-moving and highly commercial, the team executes at startup speed, not enterprise pace
• High ownership culture with direct access to founders; your voice shapes product and GTM direction
• Lean team where every deal matters, no bureaucracy, no CYA, just results

Must-Haves

• 2–5+ years of full-cycle AE experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record hitting quota consistently. President's Club, top-of-class performance, or genuinely self-gen pipeline.
• Proven full-cycle sales experience; you can prospect, demo, and close
• You\'ve worked in early-stage / startup / scale-up environments where the playbook didn\'t exist yet..
• You\'re comfortable with complex sales: discovery, multi-threading, negotiation, no hand-holding.
• Experience or strong interest in AI and automation tools as part of your sales process

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience as a founding or early-stage AE at a VC-backed startup
