• Tracking used motorcycles through the preparation process and prioritising work for handovers, deliveries and demonstrations.
• Taking high-quality photographs of completed motorcycles and uploading them to the manufacturer's web portal.
• Preparing non-BMW Motorrad stock and arranging its advertising on Bike Trader.

• Maintaining vehicle security and following all company Health & Safety procedures.
• Working closely with the Sales Manager, Service Manager and wider team to deliver an efficient, professional service.
• Supporting excellent customer satisfaction and escalating any customer concerns appropriately.

About You

You'll be someone who takes real pride in the details, enjoys working as part of a team and can keep multiple bikes moving through a busy preparation process.

• Polite, helpful and professional, with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Confident working independently and using your own initiative.

• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• A valid motorcycle licence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

What we offer

• £28,000 per annum, plus an OTE bonus of £3,600.
• 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays, rising with service.
• Your birthday off.
