Head of Paid Growth & Acquisition (Art Editions)

Avant Arte, a London-based art platform, seeks an experienced Performance Marketing & Acquisition Lead to drive paid acquisition for Avant Arte and Make-Ready Editions, optimise cross-channel campaigns, and forecast performance for upcoming releases.

You will manage two Marketing Managers, collaborate with Brand and CRM teams, and develop rigorous measurement, forecasting and testing to scale our rapidly growing paid media budget.
