WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Leading end-to-end service design workstreams, from discovery through to delivery.

Applying GDS standards, accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Facilitating workshops, co-design sessions and design sprints.
Collaborating with UX/UI designers, researchers, product owners and developers.
Mentoring junior designers and helping shape the wider design practice.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years' experience in service and product design.
Active SC clearance - ESSENTIAL.
Strong experience applying GDS standards within public sector environments.
A proven track record of independently leading service design workstreams.
Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
