As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talentedDigital Marketing & Events Coordinator to help strengthen our brand, enhance customer engagement and support Marketing & Commuincations Lead in the delivery of our strategic business objectives.

Job purpose

To deliver Woodway's day-to-day marketing across digital and physical channels including managing the website, social media, email and digital advertising, and producing brochures, datasheets and promotional collateral. Working under the direction of the Marketing & Communication Lead, the role keeps Woodway's channels active, current and on-brand, and provides the sales team with timely, well-presented materials to support live opportunities. The role will also support the planning, coordination and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and customer events.

Key responsibilities

• Digital channels & social media
• Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content across all Woodway social media platforms, including all brands currently represented by Woodway.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments and messages and growing the audience.
• Plan and run paid digital advertising (paid social and PPC), managing budgets set by the Manager.
• Apply SEO best practice to improve organic visibility across web and content.
• Monitor channel analytics and produce regular performance reports with recommendations.
• Website
• Maintain and update the Woodway website with new products, product content, news and case studies, keeping it accurate and current.
• Optimise pages for search, performance and user experience, and support any website development or upgrade projects.
• Coordinate with the Technical department to ensure product information online is correct and up to date.
• Email & CRM
• Produce and distribute customer newsletters and email campaigns, including the quarterly newsletter, and maintain subscriber and contact data.
• Build and manage email journeys / automation where available, and report on engagement.
• Collateral, design & content production
• Design and produce brochures, flyers, datasheets, adverts and other promotional materials in line with branding guidelines.
• Create artwork and basic graphics, edit images and prepare files for print and digital use.
• Capture and edit photography and short-form video / product content to support digital channels.
• Sales & team support
• Respond to day-to-day requests from the sales team for collateral, artwork and digital assets, turning work around promptly.
• Support the Marketing & Communication Lead on larger projects such as case studies, video and exhibitions.
• Maintain organised digital asset libraries and ensure all output complies with branding guidelines.
• Exhibitions, trade shows & events
• Support the planning, organisation and delivery of company exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, open days and customer events.
• Coordinate exhibition logistics including travel, accommodation, shipping, event schedules and promotional materials.
• Liaise with exhibition organisers, venues and suppliers to ensure event requirements are delivered on time.
• Assist with post-event lead capture and handover to the sales team.

Person specification

Essential

Hands-on experience delivering digital marketing across social media, web and email. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, with experience using Microsoft Copilot to support content creation, reporting, data analysis, research and day-to-day productivity. Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud / Canva) for producing print and digital collateral. Experience using WordPress and WooCommerce to update and maintain website content, product pages, categories, images, downloadable resources and news articles, together with a working understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Strong attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadline.

Desirable

Experience with paid social and PPC advertising. Photography and short-form video editing skills. Email marketing / automation platform experience. Experience maintaining customer contact data and supporting marketing campaign activity through CRM systems Able to monitor and report on website, social media and email campaign performance using standard analytics tools. (amended as originally tailored more to the Marketing & Customer Engagement Lead) Experience in a B2B, technical or product-led environment. Relevant marketing qualification or equivalent.
