We are a sheet metal work company based in Halesowen who is looking to employ an Office Administrator to work as part of our busy Administration Team

The candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative assistance for the company and will carry out the following main duties:

Answering/Dealing with queries on the phones

Dealing with Company Vehicles, MOT, Windscreen Replacements, Motor Claims etc.

Checking of Purchase Orders/Invoices

Inputting Invoices onto Sage 50

Maintaining Archives and Filing Cabinets

All aspects of Filing

Any other administration duties that are required.

We are seeking someone who is well organised and are able to work independently using their own initiative but also be a team player. The candidate will need to reliable and have good time management skills. Sage experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Full training will be provided.

The position is a full time role, office based only with the following hours:

9am to 4pm Monday to Thursday (with 1/2 hour lunch break each day)
