Experience with AWS, event-driven and microservices architecture
Experience using AI coding tools to improve efficiency
Experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework environment, including supporting sprint planning and daily standups
Previous experience leading and mentoring junior engineers
Experience within a SaaS organisation, ideally in product development
Responsibilities:
Build and develop web interfaces, server-side components, and integrations
Contribute to architecture reviews and help shape architectural decisions
Mentor junior engineers, provide code reviews, and promote development best practices
Work with product and project teams to ensure solutions are delivered to quality standards and timelines
Contribute to improving team efficiency by exploring AI-assisted development technologies
