Evolve in Wigan is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for IT queries. You will provide technical support to customers by phone, email and onsite, diagnose basic issues, escalate where needed, and ensure a high level of service.
Based at our head office in Wigan, the role requires onsite work at customer locations, with Monday–Friday shifts between 7am and 6pm. The successful candidate will join a team focused on reliable support and strong IT service delivery.
