Emplyfy is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide dependable technical support and hands-on work at customer sites across the UK.
The role involves owning customer queries, traveling to sites, managing tickets, maintaining SLAs, and implementing fixes while ensuring excellent service and clear communication. A minimum of 5 years’ IT experience and Cyber Essentials & GDPR skills are required, with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure capabilities.
