Are you an experienced people manager with a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services?
We are seeking a Deputy PACS and Office Manager to join our Radiology department. This pivotal role will lead a team of Radiology Assistants, ensuring the effective management of workforce deployment and administrative operations across the Radiology Department.
Previous experience within a healthcare setting or Radiology department would be advantageous but is not essential.
You will be responsible for developing and supporting staff, driving service improvements, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet patient and service needs. Working closely with, and reporting to the Radiology PACS and Office Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of patient care and operational performance. You will also work towards supporting Radiology IT Systems (PACS and RIS) for which training will be provided.
Across the Jersey Public Service, the scope of our work means our people enjoy a wide range of opportunities-working with recognised experts across teams, learning new skills, and developing their careers. We actively seek to recruit people from different backgrounds with diverse perspectives, creating a richer, more varied environment where you're exposed to new ideas, new ways of thinking, and new opportunities to build an exciting and rewarding career.
To maintain the highest standards of public service, we have a rigorous screening process, to ensure candidates align with our values, skills, and professional requirements. This helps us create a trusted, capable workforce that can deliver excellence and safeguard our community.
For regulated activity roles (working with children and adults at risk of harm), an enhanced level of screening will be conducted to include enhanced DBS checks.
Extraordinary, every day.
If you have a disability, long-term health condition, or are neurodivergent and require adjustments during the recruitment process, please let the hiring manager know
