Forward Deployed Engineer

Cloud DevOps Limited is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with enterprise customers implementing agentic AI systems. The role focuses on designing and operationalising production-grade AI infrastructure.

• Employment type: Full-time
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of industry experience

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy and operationalise agentic AI systems
• Architect multi-agent orchestration pipelines integrating LLMs with tools, APIs and data sources
• Build and tune retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and autonomous agent frameworks
• Own end-to-end technical relationships from scoping through production optimisation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• Strong software engineering background in Python and/or TypeScript, with production system experience
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
• Experience designing multi-agent systems, prompt engineering and reliability guardrails
• Cloud and DevOps proficiency (AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code)
• Familiarity with vector databases, model APIs, observability and tracing, and MLOps practices

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Kubernetes and cloud certifications (CKA, AWS Solutions Architect)
• Experience with Terraform, LangSmith, or Weights & Biases
