Flagship Store Manager

We're looking for a seriously commercial, entrepreneurial Store Manager to take the lead at a major London flagship for an exciting international fashion retailer with huge UK expansion plans.

This isn't a role for someone who simply runs a great store. We want someone who thinks like a business owner, spots opportunities, drives performance and knows how to turn a flagship into a seriously successful business.

The person we're looking for:

• Proven experience leading a high-volume, high-profile fashion flagship.
• Commercially sharp, with strong P&L ownership and a genuine obsession with results.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and confident making things happen.
• A brilliant people leader who can build, inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious, growth-focused environment.
