Assistant Store Manager

Big energy. Big ambition. Your next big move.

We're looking for a seriously commercial, fashion-savvy Assistant Store Manager to help lead a major London flagship for an exciting international fashion brand with huge UK growth plans.

This is no ordinary ASM role. We want someone who thinks beyond the shop floor, understands the numbers, spots opportunities and has the confidence to make things happen.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced fashion store, ideally flagship level.
• A sharp commercial mind with a genuine passion for product, people and performance.
• An entrepreneurial approach – someone who thinks like a business owner, not just a manager.
• A natural leader who can inspire teams, develop managers and drive results.
• The ambition and potential to step into a Store Manager role as the business grows.

Why this one?

An international fashion brand making serious moves in the UK. Big expansion plans, real responsibility and the opportunity to grow your career alongside the business.

We're looking for someone hungry, switched on and ready to make their mark.
