WE’RE HIRING – AIR and SEA FREIGHT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Air and Sea Freight Business Development Manager to join a growing and ambitious freight forwarding business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual who has a strong network within the industry and a proven track record of winning new business.

The Role:

• Develop and win new freight forwarding business
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective customers
• Identify opportunities across Air and Sea Freight
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to account development

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience within Freight Forwarding sales/business development
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business
• Strong knowledge of Air and Sea and/or Road Freight
• Established industry contacts and customer relationships
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and confident in developing new accounts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
