The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in large-scale data migrations and a proven track record of building, transforming, and modernising both greenfield and legacy data and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise data architecture aligned with business and technology strategy Lead large-scale data migration and legacy modernisation initiatives
• Architect and deliver data engineering, analytics, and AI‑driven solutions
• Design solutions leveraging hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
• Drive solutioning and pre‑sales activities including RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and client presentations Build and scale data practice capabilities and delivery frameworks
• Provide strategic guidance on cloud adoption, data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, and analytics
• Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, and GCP environments
• Proven experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
• Experience delivering greenfield and brownfield data platform implementations
• Strong track record in pre‑sales and solutioning (RFIs, RFPs, client engagement)
• Hands‑on exposure to AI/ML within data ecosystems
• Experience building, leading, and mentoring data teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
