We're working with a fast-growing, early-stage AI software company building technology for a huge global industry that still relies heavily on spreadsheets, documents and manual processes.
They're looking for exceptional Full Stack Engineers to join their growing London engineering team.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to do far more than work through a backlog. You'll work directly with customers, understand how complex operations actually work, turn messy real-world problems into software, and build solutions end to end.
Responsibilities
Build and ship production software across frontend, backend, data and AI layers
Work directly with customers to understand complex real-world workflows
Turn ambiguous operational problems into clear technical solutions
Run customer conversations, write specifications and own delivery end to end
Build AI-powered workflows around complex documents, data and operational processes
Make strong product decisions about which customer requirements should become scalable features
Ship quickly, gather real user feedback and iterate
Take ownership of major product areas as the engineering team grows
What We're Looking For
3-6 years of software engineering experience
Experience building and shipping production software within a high-quality startup environment
Strong full-stack capability across frontend and backend development
Strong Python experience alongside modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React
Evidence of building products or systems from the ground up
Comfortable working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders
Strong product judgement and ability to operate effectively with ambiguity
Strong academic or technical foundations
Able to work from the Shoreditch office five days per week
