Apple Systems Engineer - Jamf Pro & MacOS Specialist

Academia the Technology Group is seeking a Technical Services Team member to support a large higher education client with their Jamf Pro managed Apple estate. You will be responsible for onsite management of Apple devices and provide high-quality technical services and support.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, with access to remote Jamf-certified engineers for guidance.
