Reserving Actuary - P&C

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support quarterly reserving exercises across multiple lines of business
• Analyse reserve adequacy and emerging claims trends
• Present reserving recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with pricing, capital and underwriting teams on cross-functional projects
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and reserve governance activities

Key requirements:

• Qualified or nearly qualified actuary
• Strong reserving experience within the London Market, Lloyd's or wider P&C insurance sector
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and explaining technical concepts
