Transport Planning Administrator role at Uniserve Group. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support a fast-paced transport planning team. This role focuses on managing communications, coordinating bookings, and maintaining system accuracy to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing
Monitor the transport inbox, prioritise and action emails effectively.
Create and input jobs into the planning system with precision.
Book and confirm collections and deliveries across internal and external contacts.
Act as a key liaison for customer queries, providing timely updates.
Keep transport systems up-to-date and compliant.
Collaborate with planners and drivers to ensure efficient execution of plans.
Assist with reporting as needed.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in transport, logistics, or admin support (desirable).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Familiarity with TMS systems is a plus.
