Building Services Engineer: Maintenance & Fault Resolution

BGIS is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to uphold critical building systems in a London site. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical and fire systems, handle reactive tasks, and support safety and quality standards.

You will supervise subcontractors, manage Permit to Work, maintain Maximo records, and help ensure KPIs and SLAs are met while keeping plant rooms clean and secure.
