Working remotely, you'll provide technical support to customers and engineers, using your existing engineering knowledge to diagnose issues. This Technical Support Engineer receive structured training on the company's equipment and systems, giving you the technical knowledge and confidence to develop within the role.

This Technical Support Engineer Role Will Include:

Technical Support Engineer position - working remotely
Providing over the phone technical support to customers and engineers
Working on food processing equipment
Diagnosing faults and assisting with troubleshooting
Developing strong product and technical knowledge
Access to continuous OEM training and development

The Ideal Technical Support Engineer Will Have:

Basic Electrical / Mechanical engineering knowledge
Field Service Engineer looking to come off the road considered
Alternatively, someone with a basic engineering background looking to take their first step into a technical support role
Good computer skills
