Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd's client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to empower pre-sales and post-sales activities for IoT and security projects. You will design tailored technical solutions, run product demonstrations, and prepare professional documentation.
You will engage with customers to identify requirements, deliver demos and POCs, and support tender and proposal activities while coordinating with global product teams in English and Chinese.
