Principal ML Engineer, AI Discovery & Personalization

ASOS is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to shape the technical direction of AI-powered fashion discovery. You will lead end-to-end ML architecture for personalised experiences, drive scalable production systems and mentor engineers across Search & Discovery.

In this role, you will collaborate with ML scientists, software engineers and product managers to translate research into robust, customer-facing ML products, ensuring reliability and impact at scale.
