Global Business Strategist & Growth Leader

NewMarket Corporation in Bracknell seeks a strategic executive to develop the five year long range plan (goals, objectives, strategy, tactics) for the SBU, and to lead the implementation of the annual operating plan within the global business context.

You will establish the P&L for the SBU, advocate capital investments in facilities and operations, manage the M&A plan, and steer R&D, NPD and IP strategy as a critical decision maker for the business.
